We want to turn what we’ve experienced into something meaningful for other families walking this same road. Wilder’s Warriors starts with our own family, and we hope it grows into much more.

Now: getting Wilder through treatment

Right now, our mission is to help our family through an incredibly hard chapter, with a job loss, a new baby on the way, and the possibility of another long hospital stay, so we can focus on getting Wilder through treatment. Alongside that, this site gathers practical resources for other families and keeps our Facebook community connected.

Later: a community for childhood cancer families

Our hope is that Wilder’s Warriors becomes a community dedicated to:

• Supporting families going through childhood cancer
• Raising awareness of what treatment really asks of a child and a family
• Advocating for better care, especially for treatment complications and the lifelong challenges survivors face

Wilder’s story is still being written. Our hope is that his fight will someday make a difference for countless other children.
